Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra ID Outages

We have had a number of client sites with odd issues this morning, most surrounding logging in and / or accessing the services. This is on the tails of a massive outage earlier this week. Two of the specific errors that we’re seeing are below. It looks like Microsoft is now acknowledging that something went wrong and is blaming it on “misconfigured infrastructure”. If you’ve having trouble with your Microsoft 365 or related products, it’s likely that this is the root cause.
