Who We Are 

Cyber Tech Cafe is an honest, reliable IT resource for small and medium-sized businesses. Our company was founded in 2002 by Nathan Underwood on the basic Christian principles outlined by Larry Burkette in his book Business by the Book.

What We Do

We provide computer and network support for residential, small business, and medium business customers. We provide remote support, site visits as needed, managed services, and preventative maintenance for our clients. Our MyIT Programs are based on the CIS18 cyber security framework to provide real-world, compliance ready IT Support options for customers with a wide range of regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GLBA and more.

We have more than 30 years of experience in the technology field and are eager to use that experience to help you get the technology products and services that you deserve.  When you communicate with Cyber Tech Cafe, you will be talking to an actual person, not, an automated message. Our response time during business hours, if you aren’t connected directly to a technician, is typically minutes rather than hours or days. All of our managed services have no term agreement. We want you to be our client because you find value in our services, not because you are required to.
