What is Cyber Tech Cafe's MyIT Program?

The most important task for an IT Department is to keep the business online, this means keeping the workstations online, keeping the servers online and keeping the users online. One of the most critical tasks to accomplish this is the proactive review of system logs and management of vendor updates and equipment. The Cyber Tech Cafe MyIT Program was developed to give our clients an easy to understand and easy to budget way to get the peace of mind knowing that their IT infrastructure was in good hands and being proactively maintained. Cyber Tech Cafe understands that no two companies are the same so we offer four different tiers to our MyIT Program, so you can choose what is best suited for your company. We want you to be our client because you find value in our services not because you signed a contract stating you have to. We do require a three (3) computer minimum and services are billed one month in advance but there is no term agreement, so you can cancel anytime. 

MyIT Over Watch

The MyIT Monitoring plan is monitoring only using an onsite Network Ninja. The Network Ninja is a small appliance developed by Cyber Tech Cafe that proactively and intelligently monitors the health and availability of your most important IT assets and network connectivity. CIS top 20 identifies inventory of devices and monitoring of those devices in the top 10 most critical security controls. The Network Ninja allows Cyber Tech Cafe to offer these enterprise level controls to any size organization at an affordable price.

MyIT Bronze

The MyIT Bronze package provides updates only. Cyber Tech Cafe will log in at least once per month to review the update logs but may log in more frequently to make adjustments. There is a minimum of price per month to confirm that the updates are running. During this time, we will also note any potential problems (low drive space, errors, etc).

MyIT Silver

The MyIT silver package includes the updates from MyIT Bronze but adds proactive monitoring via the Network Ninja. Some of the items monitored include network connectivity and Internet connectivity. We also monitor your core network devices (firewalls, switches, servers, printers) to make certain that they are online. For monitoring the servers, we also monitor drive space, CPU utilization and memory/RAM utilization.

MyIT Gold

The MyIT Gold includes everything in the MyIT Bronze and MyIT Silver plus 10 hours of support at a discounted price. It is often used by MyIT Gold clients as an outsourced IT Department or staff augmentation for their existing IT Department.
