At approximately 12:30pm ET, we were alerted of problems with inbound telephone calls. We confirmed and found that outbound calls are also down.
At approximately 12:40pm ET, we reached out to Comcast Business and were alerted of a known issue and given an expected resolution time of 3:55pm ET.
Outbound calls are currently unavailable and inbound calls are being redirected to a message that the “Verizon Wireless customer you called is not available at this time”. Some of the inbound numbers seem to be working intermittently (specifically, 678.792.7785) but nothing consistently.

UPDATE – 3:58pm ET – At this time, both inbound and outbound calling are unavailable. No word from Comcast on an updated ETA. We apologize for the inconvenience.
UPDATE – 4:27pm ET – We have now been on for approximately 20 minutes with Comcast Business Class support. We have had some intermittent inbound calls but nothing consistent. At this point, my hope is that service is restored prior to business open tomorrow. We apologize for the inconvenience.
UPDATE – 5:38pm ET – Service appears to be restored and inbound and outbound service has been restored. We were never able to reach Comcast for information on the outage (why, etc.).
