Brief outage and new IP Addresses

At approximately 4:10pm ET today, our Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) made some changes that impacted our website, helpdesk and SIEM / Log Aggregation server. At approximately 5:40pm ET, the ISP was able to get us back online but with a new IP Address Range. We are working now to reconfigure our internal systems and will then update all client systems to ensure that they’re logging into the new address. There will be a short window of time, likely between the outage at 4:10pm ET and later this evening or tomorrow, when some log data may not be captured by our SIEM. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post updates here as soon as everything is back online.
