If you are contagious or potentially contagious, concerned about becoming infected (high risk, etc.), have trouble getting around or have other concerns about getting out to drop off or pick up your computer, let us know and we’re happy to meet you at your car outside. Just give us a call with a heads up of when you’re coming and what kind of car you’re in and whether you’re dropping off or picking up. If you are contagious or potentially contagious, please let us know so that we can take appropriate precautions.
Also, we have an extensive list of remote support options. If your computer is functional and can connect to the Internet, we may be able to resolve the issue without your having to bring it in.
