Microsoft is reporting an outage in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem that's impacting a number of services including Teams, Office (Outlook / email), Xbox Live, the Azure Portal and others. If you are a Microsoft 365 user and are having problems logging into your services, this is the likely issue. The issue is being tracked and updated [by Microsoft] on the Azure Status Page.
According to the AppRiver Status Page (http://status.appriver.com/), AppRiver is currently experiencing an outage that is impacting the customer portal and Hosted Exchange. We are aware of the issue and are watching for updates and notification that service has been resolved.
At approximately 12:30pm ET, we were alerted of problems with inbound telephone calls. We confirmed and found that outbound calls are also down. At approximately 12:40pm ET, we reached out to Comcast Business and were alerted of a known issue and given an expected resolution time of 3:55pm ET. Outbound calls are currently unavailable and inbound calls are being redirected to a message that the "Verizon Wireless customer you called is not available at this time". Some of the inbound numbers seem to be working intermittently (specifically, 678.792.7785) but nothing consistently.
