local community. Though we can work with any customer to uniquely tailor
a solution to their needs, below outline some of our fixed-priced
services that fit the needs of the majority of customers.
Our basic service that is anything but
basic. Includes hardware diagnostics, virus scan, operating system clean
up, upgrade recommendations, and more! Labor costs during this process
counts towards total labor costs.
When things go wrong and there is no
viable backup of your data, we will perform a FULL backup of every last 1
and 0 on your hard drive and restore it to the location of your choice.
This option pairs well with our "OS Reload" service.
Windows, Mac OS, Linux, they are all the
same. After too much use and abuse, even the best operating system needs
to be reloaded. We erase all data on the drive and re-install the
licensed operating system. Pairs well with "Backup" service.
Did you accidentally delete your most precious data? Do you need data from a computer that is not functioning? We may be able to help. We offer basic data recovery services and are partnered with a 3rd party data recovery specialist if outside referral is needed.
Need a Gaming PC Built? Spill water on
your laptop? Need a special piece of software installed? We can
customize a solution to your problem if it does not fit into one of our
flat rate services. Custom jobs are done on an hourly basis.
If you need us to send a technician to you there will be a trip charge separate from the per hour cost.
