Currently accepting applications for a Junior / Bench Tech (entry level)

We are currently accepting applications for a Junior / Bench Tech.  This is an entry level tech support job whose responsibilities will be primarily be desktop support (hardware / software troubleshooting, hardware / software installation, etc.).  This position will also work closely with the network and systems support teams to provide an extra set of hands and logistical support.  If you or someone that you know is looking for an entry level IT support position, an online application is available here.

Cyber Tech Cafe will be closed on Wednesday, 4 July 2018 in observance of Independence Day to enjoy time with family, friends and loved ones. We will reopen on Thursday, 5 July 2018 at 9:00am ET. We will have on-call support available for commercial and MyIT clients via the emergency support option on the phone or by adding 'emergency' to the subject line of support email. Comcast Telephone Service Outage at Cyber Tech Cafe

At approximately 12:30pm ET, we were alerted of problems with inbound telephone calls.  We confirmed and found that outbound calls are also down. At approximately 12:40pm ET, we reached out to Comcast Business and were alerted of a known issue and given an expected resolution time of 3:55pm ET. Outbound calls are currently unavailable and inbound calls are being redirected to a message that the "Verizon Wireless customer you called is not available at this time".  Some of the inbound numbers seem to be working intermittently (specifically, 678.792.7785) but nothing consistently.
